Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the route that matches the Benton County record:
- A trial docket sheet: request it from the Circuit Court Clerk or Clerk & Master; Tennessee Public Case History is appellate only
- A court date or setting: use the signed notice and confirm the date with the correct clerk, because the county event calendar is not a hearing calendar
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
